1978 жылы 14 сәуірде Жамбыл облысы Луговой ауданы Абай ауылында дүниеге келді. 1984
жылы аталған ауылдағы орта мектепке 1 сыныпқа барды. 1999 жылы Жамбыл облысы Луговой
ауданы Абай орта мектебін үздік тәмамдады. 1995 жылы Әл-Фараби атындағы ҚазҰУ-нің заң
факультеиіне оқиға түсті. 1999 жылы Әл-Фараби атындағы ҚазҰУ-нің заң факультетін үздік
тәмамдады. 1999 жылы Әл-Фараби атындағы ҚазҰУ-нің заң факультетінің магистратурасына
оқиға түсті. 2001 жылы Әл-Фараби атындағы ҚазҰУ-нің заң факультетінің магистратурасы
қылмыстық құқық және криминалистика мамандандырылған бойынша үздік тәмамдады. 2001
жылдан 2015 жылға дейін Әл-Фараби атындағы ҚазҰУ-нің қылмыстық құқық, қылмыстық іс
жүргізу және криминалистика кафедрасында, сонлай-ақ халықаралық құқық кафедрасында
оқытушы, аға оқытушы және доцент лауазымдарын атқарды. 2009 жылы заң ғылымдарының
доктлоторы, профессор А.Н. Ағыбаевтың ғылыми жетекшілігімен 'с Медицина
қызметкерлерінің кәсіптік қызметін орындамағаны үшін қылмыстық жауаптылық кандидаттық
диссертациясын сәтті қорғады. 2015 жылдан бастап қазіргі уақытқа дейін Алматы
қаласындағы жоғары оқуорындарында оқытушылық қызметпен айналысуда Қазіргі кезде Абылай
хан атындағы Қазақ халықаралық қатынастар және әлем тілдері университетнің Халықаралық
құқық кафедрасының доценті лауазымын атқаруды. Сонымен қатар Әл-Фараби атындағы ҚазҰУ-
нің Кеден, қаржы және экологиялық құқық кафедрасның аға оқытушысы лауазымын атқаруда.
Елден астам ғылыми мақала мен бір монография мен бір оқу құралының авторы болып
танылады.
